Help Desk Support

Our Platformplus Help Desk team and Transition Manager will guide you through your initial set-up, and once you are operational, the Help Desk team will continue to be your first point of contact. Our phone-based Help Desk team is Australian based and work closely with your entire team – from advisers and office managers, to paraplanners and client service officers.

Data migration & configuration support

We understand that one of the biggest sources of concern when changing advice software is the data migration process. Our experienced team has successfully managed hundreds of data migrations from all major adviser software systems, as well as from some more customised advice and CRM applications.

The majority of the functionality required to run an advice business is already configured into the software. You can choose to adopt the full configuration service or we can train you on how to configure the software for your business.

 

 

Training support

We provide intensive initial training to get you started and then ongoing training that we customise to align with your pace and your business needs. Training is offer through a variety of channels including webinars, site visits, and video tutorials. You will also have access to our extensive Knowledge Base with detailed guides and supporting documentation covering all aspects of operating the system. All training is also complemented by access to our Help Desk support team.

 

Continual improvement

We typically make significant software releases and updates every two months, with minor patch releases every 2 weeks. We manage a full development program including a roadmap for future functional improvements and additions to system capability, all of which we communicate with you.
